While it seems many stars are opting to cut their A-list tresses shorter and shorter (Lucy Hale and Ashley Tisdale, we’re looking at you!), the number of celebrities doing the exact opposite has also risen. From Beyoncé to Demi Lovato, as well as a host of other stars, it would appear that super long hairdos are taking over the style scene!
Now, when we say these ladies are rocking long hair, we’re talking manes that reach right down to their waists – and we can honestly say we’ve never seen anything quite like it! This really is one trend you have to see to believe, so just keep scrolling…

Demi Lovato
Demi Lovato has pretty much tried every hairstyle and colour under the sun: from platinum blonde, pink, even and purple hues, she’s tried them all. However, her latest red carpet ‘do might just be our favourite yet. The actress/singer styled her waist-length brunette tresses into voluminous, soft waves, and we’re totally digging her look!
Editor’s tip: To steal Demi’s mermaid-length mane, scrunch a sea salt spray (like the TRESemmé Perfectly (Un)Done Sea Salt Spray) through towel-dried strands, before blow-drying.

Proving that there’s more than one way to style princess-length locks, J-Lo styled her blonde ombre hair into this gorgeous curly ponytail. This style really helped accentuate the multi-dimensional tones in her hair, as well as show off her hoop earrings. After all, we’d expect nothing less from this fierce performer!

Trends may come and go, but perfectly straightened hair will never go out of style. We mean, just look at Beyoncé’s glossy blonde mane at this year’s Grammy Awards – she’s definitely got us reaching for our straighteners!
