Mega star Rihanna has come a long way since her Music of the Sun days, having experimented with more hairstyles and colours than we can count. She’s had Rapunzel-length red hair, edgy green spikes and most recently rocked a dark, curly bob, proving she’s a true hair chameleon.

After a few weeks of promoting the Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets movie, the 28-year-old decided to go back to her hometown to attend one of her favourite festivals of the year: Crop Over Festival. This annual festival celebrates Caribbean culture, just like Notting Hill Carnival, but on a much grander and cooler scale.
So in true festival spirit, Rihanna dolled up for the event (with the most elaborate outfit ever!) and shared the amazing results to Instagram. As you can tell, her darker locks are no more and in their place is a show-stopping turquoise colour that’s unlike anything we’ve seen before!
